Well it's my second visit here, and I don't think I'm coming back any time soon. On several of the stories, the apostrophes come out as little things that look like cats (it't called a "charset" tag) and there are unclosed italic tags in several of the stories, making them a real headache to read. After every title there's ?font>, make sure you have your hand on the right key and for the love of god don't use one page as a template for the others. The mistake's all through them.

Several of the amateur pic links are broken, the ones of a guy named Sebastian come to mind right off hand, but that's not the only ones. All in all, this site has a haphazard, amateurish feel to it. One or 2 mistakes, sure, it happens, but christ...this is nuts.

And don't get me started on the navigation, if you can even call it that. And yes, I am a web design/IT professional, so I know of what I speak.

Now that was a complete waste of time. He said he's not coming back. He's never gonna see it. And you wasted a perfectly good insult. When at some future date you tell Latina or someone to bite a fart, people are gonna laugh at you behind your back, saying 'that's the same thing he said to Jingle. Welcome to the site. The reason the site may come across as "amateur" to you is that it is in fact run by two "amateur" people with full-time+ jobs in their spare time - people who enjoy erotica, not a "corporation" looking to make a fast buck. To everyone else here: do these errors exist? If so, could someone ('cause I'm not holding my breath waiting for that Jingle mail) drop me an email & point me in the direction of these errors? Muchas gracias... :)
 
This site rules....jingle is a major idiot...and I havn't
noticed any errors myself tho i've mainly used only the bb's.

Some people have no common sense. Dude, you get what you pay for. I'm sure the 50 bucks a month you send to Literotica is a major burden on you, and you should bitch to the management. No wait, this place is free isn't it. Oh, oops.

I don't know what free sites you read erotica on, but this is the best of the lot by far. Its easy to navigate. No irritating popups, the banner ads are not misleading. Ever click on a banner ad, thinking it takes you elsewhere in the site? Ever do it here?

Ever click on a story and discover it is one long line and you have to scroll to the left, rather than down, to read it, so you're constantly scrolling and its just easier not to read it? Do it here?

Heck, I've even seen pay sites where it freaking sucks like that.

If you don't like something, perhaps some constructive criticism might help, rather than just say you people suck and are amatuerish. Don't give away your services for free, though, just because they do. But suggestions in places you think could use improvement? Maybe? Might help? You can take the time to bitch, but you can't take the time to say, Laurel, it would be easier to navigate if you actually put a link on the page? Guess not, you're a professional, therefore you don't have anything to offer amatuer people.

I did find some of the stories misfiled a while ago.... but I don't really want you to go looking for them. I havent really encountered any major failures lately.

Laurel we know you do a great job and we will tell you of any mistakes because it is our site too and I want it to be the best that it can be, as I'm sure we all do.

I agree 110% on that sentiment. Laurel and Manu do a better job on this site than any other porn site I have been to, no wait I take that back ... they do a better job on this site than ANY OTHER SITE AT ALL THAT I GO TO, now sorry for yelling but it's the truth.

Laurel I have never once come across a problem in the whole 8 months that I have been coming here. Keep up the good work :)

It's an excellent site which I enjoy browsing. Your work is appreciated by many.

Since I've yet to get that constructive, explanatory email from Jingle (we're all shocked, I know), can anyone else enlighten me as to the location of these fractured tags? "After every title" is hardly specific. Does he/she mean on the story page itself? The story listings? Another site? If someone can find an instance of this, please email me the link. I looked around for a good 20 minutes and failed to find one, but I could be blind.

This stuff worries me, you know. :)

I talked to a friend of mine and he wanted to know what browser version you're using. No one else seems to be having the problems that you're having in regards to the tags, so he believes that your browser must be having issues.

No need to ask forgiveness, Lurker. We all have our weak moments. It'd be nice if you could address your comments from under your real name, but I do understand. We all want to fit in, and saying such things under your real name would make that difficult. But trust me, some day you will be able to proudly express your own opinion without being so afraid. It just takes confidence. I have faith in you. :)

I didn't find Jingle's criticisms all that harsh. Manu and I look for constructive criticism. Many of the good things about this site - the Volunteer Editors program, for example - started off as suggestions from readers. However, a better approach for Jingle to take would be to suggest specific improvements. And the fact thqt he/she says they'll never return doesn't give me much hope that I'll get an answer to my questions. Any help from you kids is appreciated. :)
 
You should have a picture of a sexy male ass on every page in various states of dress and undress. Chaps are good. Yeah, thats what you should do :)
