There's financial incentive to own and keep online wast collections of porn, because there's chance to win tradable tokens, digital "coins" by doing so. That chance increases exponentially the larger your porn collection, but is totally independent of any human viewership (while that might open a side stream of possible income, I specifically forbade that in my initial parameters, but technically that's merely an option).

Presumably, only unique material counts. Scrapping copies of existing porn already on internet may still be profitable, as long you can find something not yet registered with the Porn Coins network and be first to do so, but after a short while the best way to ensure uniqueness may be to produce some yourself. I like the idea of the value of porn fluctuating wildly. Suddenly everyone wants to be in porn and the new squillionaires flaunt their wealth, both through conspicuous consumption and influencing the regulators to take the rules off porn, so that it's being made and viewed very publicly. Suddenly schools are telling students to think about a career in porn, politicians are promoting economic recovery through porn, it's on all the channels. It's possible. Being algorithm driven it seems unlikely at first, but may result in just that in roundabout ways. Like, just how many plain an simple own dick pictures you can upload until the system will start to reject them as duplicates? To remain unique you may need to spice it somewhat, possibly. Then, overdo it and algorithm may fail to recognize it as "valid" porn at all. And while explicit weights on genres or content tags or media types are technically possible, perhaps, it's a gigantic trap to try to explore, even less explain how it possibly works -- deep dive in technology should be avoided -- for obvious reasons.

A side though on that, the very algorithm that powers the Titcoin's Cockchain could originally come about as a way to recognize fake, altered images -- those should obviously be rejected (but not original art; it gets complicated real quick), and at very least quite necessary has to be Google image search on steroids. The unintended consequences once 99% of everything recognized as porn is registered in Cockchain (and accepted by its machine learning algorithm) and it's suddenly a rather clear cut legal definition, include, among others, rather dystopian potential for regulation...
