Promises in the Night
Guilty Pleasures in the night that are coming to me.
I take them with promises made in the night,
with a hint of passion and desire running through
my veins for you.
Desires and passions burning through the night,
Promises of a better life for one another.
The strong fire that is burning through my skin
is like a wild fire burning out of control.
Breathe deep and take the essence of the isles…Sun-drenched days, sand between the toes, refreshing ocean mist and the whisper of a warn breeze through the palms. Go back and walk the beaches with your lover, feel the warmth of the sun on you.
You and I are catching the rays of the sunlight coming upon us. As the sunsets in shades of pinks, blues and purples fading into twilight. With the last of the sunlight fades into the twilight. Twilight fades into the night air with a breeze blowing in the background.
Half the moon is rising in the sky, the moonlight is falling down on us. She’s the very essence of the moon. Her moonlight is shining on us this very night. This is the night we have been waiting for.
