I am a long-time writer but a first-time contributor to the site. I am looking for a dedicated editor that may be interested in assisting me on this project.
Earlier in my career, I was a journalist and have written numerous articles for magazines and newspapers throughout my area. I have a long writing history and experience in publishing.
I understand the process of what and how a good editor can mean to make a story even better. Obviously here and with this subject matter, we are talking about something entirely different than my previous writing zone. Therefore a good editor is essential to my presenting the best story.
The story that I have written it is almost a year in development. It's kind of long. Well, honestly it's very long but I would not expect a single editor to work on the entire project. I have broken my project down into manageable parts and I am ready to release the first section. Provided of course I can find the appropriate editor and a new set of eyes to review my work.
I don't think the editing work will be very strenuous despite the story length. As I mentioned I was a professional writer for many years. My normal process of writing includes; writing the story, editing as I go along, returning to check for spelling and grammar, let it sit for a few days and then conduct a final correction and editing of the information.
I have also gone back to the very beginning of the story and proofread and edited a second or third reading. Each time the story has been corrected and more editing work conducted.
As much or maybe even more so, I am looking for an editor /alpha reader who can be impartial. I need and appreciate honest and constructive feedback and criticism. Listening to other opinions can only make my creation better and hopefully easier for others to enjoy.
The first section of the story has been read by a few people and well received. The content compared to other stories on this site is very mild.
Categories
• Loving Wifes / Relationships – key to the entire story.
• M/F, M/FF, M/FFF
• Celebrities – we all have crushes so why not (not central to overall story but very important early on)
• Lesbian
Sci - Fi is involved but not dwelled on.
• First Time, Virgin, traditional sexual encounter, light anal, and group sex.
• Mind Control / Forced – no rape scenes except in this context.
• One transgender scene – (minor character goes through gender reassignment surgery)
• One incest scene (sisters, important to the overall plot moving forward)
• There is no Gay male, bondage, fetishes, other fluids, violence or other extreme content.
Story synopsis
A young brilliant college professor develops a formula that allows him the ability to control a woman's impulses and appearance. Surrounded by his beautiful college professor wife and a bevy of young coeds, our hero is challenged by the ramifications of his invention and how they affect his world and others around him.
Here and abroad, our young professor is challenged to decide what is right and wrong in his new existence. He now inhabits this new world which will challenge all that he holds dear and believes to be true. Through a series of events and new encounters, his life is changed forever as he comes to terms with exactly what it is he created and how the invention changed his life. Actions have consequences and our professor often learns this lesson the hard way.
As we move forward in our story, our hero is forced to make tough choices and decide exactly where right and wrong meet and what now is important in his life. Just where his future lies and what he will lose in the process is the journey our professor is on.
Story is written in English
MS-DOS or any other format available (prefer with red line)
First and second edits complete
Section 1 is 53 pages long in word and almost 20K words.
