Profile picture not getting updated.

So I updated the literotica chat profile picture like 2 and a half months back and it's still showing on my profile. It needs to get moderated by mods but somehow it has taken all this time. I am sure it's a valid picture because earlier it was once moderated but now it's not happening at all. Please help.
