First of all, is this the profile you're trying to add a picture to?

Second, how big is the picture? Both in pixels and KBytes. There are size limits for all pictures uploaded to the site and bulltein board, and it may be rejecting because it's too big.

Third, is the picture a standard JPeg format, or one fot he newer versions of the JPeg standard? It might be rejecting because the file type identifier inside the file itself doesn't match the list of acceptable formats.

Yes, that's the profie. Its a 164k jpeg at 100 ppi. Its in photoshop jpeg. I still keep getting the same error message. Any suggestions?
