Everyone is capable of being provoked into murder. It's just a question of personal restraint. I don't think anger management anything can change a person who is just prone to bouts of rage.

However, the victim's family is appalled that Robb has been granted parole on his first attempt.

The problem with this parole hearing thing is that family and friends get dragged back into the tragedy every time it comes up again. At least these people only got one run at it.
