Problems getting editor credits

Hey folks,

I'm trying to figure out if I have done something wrong. I have a great editor and I'm trying to give them credit for the edits. I posted the editor in the comment box when I submitted the Stories, but no editor was mentioned.

I have sent a pm to Laurel but have not heard back yet but I'm wondering... Would it have been better to have just credited my editor in the opening text of the story?

You did nothing wrong. It doesn't work and it never has worked.

Not just better, but actually the only way to do so.
