Problem with story submissions?

I’ve submitted a story twice to literotica but it hasn’t been published. I’ve published many other stories and this is a part two of a story that was published two weeks ago. The first time I submitted it just disappeared. I submitted again and it hasn’t sat in pending for over a week. I have sent messages to support but no response (though I’m not sure I’m sending it to the right place) help!
