problem with story appearing

Has anyone else run into this issue?

-post a story
-click link to story when you see it listed in its catergory, and either story doesn't show, author doesn't show, or only fragments of story show.

the other day and i ran into this. a couple comments from readers suggested others weren't seeing the story at first either.

One commenter mentioned propagation. that's mostly deals with website dns/server/domain name type of changes taking awhile for all networks to see them. i wouldn't think posting text to a website wouldn't have that issue. anyone else run into this?

I looked at it - didn't read it - but all four pages were there and complete.

Right. It's showing up now, but it was very glitchy shortly after it was published - going by the comments left. i was able to reproduce problem a few times the other day. I could refresh the page and it appeared. weird.

If you see it happening from here on out on any story, please use the REPORT function at the bottom of the story to bring it to our attention.

It happened to me once...

When I submitted the story it was all there. When it posted, only half of it showed up. The story had to be pulled and I resubmitted. 2nd time was a charm.

Yeah, this is a different bug. It started happening a couple days ago here and there on random stories. The whole page shows, except for the story text and author name. Then if you reload, everything's fine. Reload again and it's missing again.

Like I said, tech says it should be fixed and that it's important for anyone to report any instances of this happening.

it's happening again - I reported story

I've been told this story isn't appearing: http://www.literotica.com/s/dahlia-and-darren

I went to it, story was indeed blank, I hit refresh button to reload the page and the story showed up just fine. I clicked the Report Story link, so hopefully whatever causes it is fixed. Maybe we should put an Author's note at the beginning of stories to click refresh and/or click Report if the story isn't appearing.
