I had a bit of an idea for a story. It’s a prison story, men’s prison but as it’s the only prison in the area they hold women on remand there for short periods of time. It’s a separate block but as the women are probably going away for a long time, they have worked out a way to make there life a little easier. It’s run by one of the screws who have a steady stream of new recruits
Probably won’t write it but it just popped into my head for comment more than anything else. KF

Reminds me of the Birdcage in webnovel Worm. There aren't any juicy details, but it is a supervillain prison with men and women blocks. And women are holding their "borders" secure, but they trade favors with men for more items and goods.
They have literal blockposts there.
The prison is fully automatic, and inescapable, so there's no need for guards and the prisoners themselves run the business. So they can do that sort of stuff.

I'm not much of an author, but I like fleshing out other people's ideas and hoping they run with it.

What are you thinking, that this is legal in your story as a punishment, or is it just an illegal racket? And who would be the main character - an inmate, one of the women, or the dude in charge?
This has some promise, but the devil's in the detail

Prison Prostitution Story Idea

I always liked the idea of prison prostitution. It's sort of a natural extension of the WIP genre. Not only are you exploiting the women through manual labor in the cotton fields or other chain gang work, but you are also forcing them to earn their meager rations flat on their backs with their dainty feet in the air.

Still, it's better than sweating like a hog in some fat old farmer's tobacco fields for 16 hours a day, especially since the farmer, the guards, or one of the farmer's idiot sons might at any point use you for their pleasure anyway. At least at the brothel you'll have a bed, and even at the truck stop you'll have be able to use the truckers bed, unless it's just a quickie where you stand on the running board and suck him off while he sits in his truck seat.

Gang bangs are the worst, and having to take on 4-6 customers an hour isn't much better. But the worst part is knowing that you are lining the pockets of the same redneck Sherif who threw you in prison for "speeding". You picture him laughing at you every time someone shoots their spunk into your mouth...

PIPELINE: A bunch of college girl activists go down to protest a pipeline, and are arrested by the local right wing Sheriff and sentenced to 30 days on the prison farm. Their 30 days seems much longer when they realize the male inmates can buy their services for 30 minutes for 2 packs of smokes. Pricing is negotiated, and it is decided that you can add an extra inmate to the 30 minute session for an extra pack, with the limit being a carton of cigarettes (10 packs, 9 inmates, 30 minutes). A lot of pipe is laid.

Yes, and when several hot female celebrities decided to participate in the protests, they find that their fame has no special privileges on the prison farm... although the Sheriff makes a bit of extra money by renting their services out to wealthy friends who are willing to pay to hump a celebrity inmate.

Another scenario:

An FBI agent goes undercover at a prison in order to get close to an inmate who knows the location of a drug kingpin in hiding. The inmate is working in the prison brothel, so to get close to her the FBI Agent auditions as well, and much to her regret, gets the job.

1. For the college girls the question is how willing are they in this scenario?

2. For the celebrity idea there is a soft rule about no celebs in non-con stories. Though to be fair its really one of those "its up to Laurel's Discretion" sort of thing. If you want my personal advice us a copyright friendly clone if you don't want the hassle. You know everybody is going to know who the young Italian Angelica Grand actually is, but that SHOULD bypass all that drama.

I think figuring out the level of consent for these scenarios is an important place to start though.

I can imagine them basically giving men's services away to anyone with political clout, to keep the prison paid well-or-maybe-better. Closeted gay politicians might make good use of this, to keep their own needs met, though women who either had troubles finding the right guy or wanted absolute control over the act might also enjoy the discretion of the prison officials...

"Ok. We will have the prisoner secured in the "greeting room" in whatever position you request. What requirements did you have for the prisoner you wish to chat with?"
