Printer/Copier Advice

Needs:

Color laser.
20+ pages per minute.
2,000 copies per month.
Wireless network ability.
Print from a Mac.
Copy stacks of documents.
Scan to pdf and have the file sent back to the Mac.
Print batches of about 400 envelopes.


Choices:

Brother MFC-9560CDW - $500 + $85 (x 4 needed) for toner

Canon imageCLASS MF8380CDW - $570 + $135 (x 4 needed) for toner


Are there other choices I should consider?
 
The only thing I would add the cost of toner. You may have to pay more for the printer but it's the printing costs that really add up.

I'm not sure how they differ, and frankly I'm too lazy to do the legwork to find out...

But.

My boss has a Brother MFC6490CDW and so far my only complaint is that the sheet feed going into the machine won't read duplexed pages, so if we are working with material that's printed on two sides they have to be turned by hand.

Other than that its a great machine and after two years of home based business type use it still functions beautifully.
 
i have the HP photosmart 7515. i am not sure if it would meet all of your needs but it seems to be the solution for anything i need to do
