If you haven't see it, I REALLY recommend you rent it before signing up, at least if you're a main character. Oh and I would love my character to end up with Jiko, though I don't mind a few romances on the way Tell me if I've missed anybody

BTW, Destiny, beautiful job on the character list; I know many people who have seen Princess Mononoke more than once that can't recall the names of the characters (and for some reason most don't pick up San's name, they think she's just Princess Mononoke).

OOHHH SWEET! this is like, one of my favourite movies. too bad i can be ashitaka LOL not too many great male roles.... i guess koroku, gonza, or jiko-bou would be okay for me to playl wichever would fit best into the story. seeing as you have a lack of charechters

Thank you Trist, I have to admist I had to look up the name of the wise woman. But otherwise, I've watched the movie at least 30 times. (And I haven't owned it that long )

I saw that movie, like, twice. Once for fun, and once to stare at it and say "Okay, they're killing a God, why is no one asking what effects this will have? Yeah, I know, giant animals, but really, do they honestly think killing the 'God of the Forest' isn't going to hurt them?"


But, moving on,.....Can I be a leper? I remember there were lepers. All bandaged up and grateful. Granted, npt much is going to happen to a leper, but still, they played a semi-important role. And I can't help but feel sorry for them. Besides, lepers are fun! I mean,....Ummm,.....well, they seemed nice in the movie. Especially for diseased social outcasts. There were real nice

A leper? Healed? Is Jesus the special guest star!? Leper's don't just heal overnight. Rot, maybe, but not heal. And hey, a leper can get just as much sex as anyone,....if they can find a partner willing to overcome the stench of disease and the discolorations across their body,....and if their sexual organs haven't been too diseased,....

Besides, I never said he'd been too much of a leper. Just,...dancing around the fringes of disease. You know what though, after I thought about the destruction of Iron Town, I wondered what happened to the lepers. Some of them only had one leg, or were too weak to run. Can you imagine? The poor bandaged lepers, hopping for their like as Iron Town collapsed around them? That one little leg moving fast as they flialed through the air to keep their balance, yelling in fear as the tripped,....It's almost funny,....if you take away the fact that they're dying horribly painful deaths, of course.

Name: ________ (Really can't think of one, besides, he's a leper. I find "Hey, leper!" an acceptable name until someone gives him on
Sex: Male
Occupation: Blacksmith
Leprosy: Has a lack of feeling on both legs from the knees down, and slight discolorations are in small patches here and there on his body. The digits of his left hand are mildly distorted, and he has no feeling in them. Like his leprous peers, he is wrapped from head to toe, his eyes peeking out and his fingers let out to help him design and build the guns that he was building.

He has to constantly watch where he's walking, and give himself a visual check every now and then. He is feircely afraid of his disease, and what he knows will happen to him because of it. He is extremely loyal to his Lady, because, let's face it, who else is taking in diseased outcasts, giving them work and a place to stay?

He's 5'7", black hair (though you can't see it), weighs 150lbs, and is about 28 (can't really remember. It's hard to keep track of time when you're looked down apon by everyone)

Princess Mononoke thread... AWESOME!!! By far my favorite anime (at least, for the plot anyway.) I bought it in Chicago while I was on vacation once, and within the week I had watched it 13 times. And might I say that it takes some skill not to realize that killing a God and taking it's head would have serious consequenses.

Anyway, I like the idea of a thread, but it might be a challenge to srp because it has more of a plot than most animes. But, I'll give it a shot if I can play Korouku the Oxdriver (according to Toki, he's useless ). If it won't fit the thread, I'll take Gonza (ignorant, but funny anyway).
