Me too, and yes. I dont have one, too chicken. But been with two guys who have. One guys is one of a couple that I get together with on a fairly regular basis. He has a PA and two nipple rings. I want to get a nipple ring, but haven't yet. The PA is sizeable so have to be careful with teeth, but it is fun to play with. I can't imagine someone fucking with a ring on their dick, much less giving anal. If it somehow comes lose and gets lost in there, they'll have one hell of a time getting it out. Or if someone's giving them oral, it slips off and they accidentally swallow it.. Yeah right, that's pretty unlikely, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
