Preview Error Response to Story Submit

Am unable to submit a story to the file on 2 May. Hitting preview for a story submission results in an error message.

I got the error message on "preview" when trying to submit in the old system. I've submitted in the new system and it claims to have gone through.

Just use the new system, then. The old one will be turned off at some point, so get used to the new system.

It works fine - I had to change to .rtf files instead of .txt - but that's been the only change I've had to make in the last year.

So, what you're saying is that users shouldn't report functions not working that should be working? I have seen no announcement that the submit function in the old system has purposely been disabled. And since I subsequently said I got the submission through in the new system, I don't see that it was necessary for you to tell me to just use the new system.
