Couple years ago I had become a fan of an author on here. I’m pretty sure I had seen on their bio that they had removed their stories and put them on another site. I was trying to find the author so I could visit their bio and see where those stories ended up.
The first story was about a Nick and Cassandra. He was an older British guy and she was a younger (of age) woman. He was her uncle’s friend, and they met at a wedding. They have their ups and downs but ultimately end up together. Other aspects of the story were an antagonist named Jason (I think), and they break up for a little because Nick is insecure about the age thing.
The other story I am looking for is about a Gavin and Nina. I’m 99% sure it’s the same author, but I allow 1% for error. He’s a firefighter with a troubled past. I also remember a Halloween scene, Nina’s ex who turned out to be gay, and Gavin finally going to Nina to tell her the truth about his past.

anyways, I believe the Nick and Cassie series was titled Meant to Be.
