I don't mean to sound conceited, but recently a very good friend of mine, well she'd have to be, wouldn't she, said I had a pretty dick.
I asked what made a dick pretty and she couldn't really tell me, except to say that there were definitely pretty ones and ugly ones.

I agree that there are pretty dicks. Just as I think there are pretty pussies. My criteria for pretty dicks shall be broken down in several categories.

shape: The overall shape. Does it have a natural consistency about it.

Curve: A personal perference of course. But this is taken into account

Color : Does it match the body, and of course not the same exact skin color but does it match.

Vein threshold: It is smooth and flowing and not like a road map of down town new york.

Head: Does the head match the shaft.

Size: does the size go with the body. You don't want a 20 inch cock on a small man so he looks like the leaning tower.

And of course taste and texture

She put it through various tests.
Hardness, length, girth, taste (a little subjective i thought), cum volume (all though this is more connected with my balls), angle of dangle, and resuscitation speed.
I understand from her report that it clearly fell within acceptable parameters being better in some departments than others.
However, little of this was to do with aesthetics, so i'm still not sure, although sexyamber's contribution is extremely useful.
