i like daisys but girls prefer roses

I prefer tulips. Those were my father's favorite and what he bought "his girls" on special occassions.

To me, roses are so very common.

Dark magenta Gerbra Daisies.

I detest getting roses for the most part, and espeically red ones. I prefer pink, or white, or yellow, if I get em.

I love lilacs, and lillies of any veriety. And Gladiola's.

Course, I trained for 2 years to be a florist, so... I still prefer candy over flowers any day

I'm a daisy kinda girl.. well actually.. i LOVE flowers.. have ALL kinds in my garden.. but daisies are my upmost favorite, and that is because my brother gave me daisies when my youngest daughter was born.. and he died 9 months later.. i look at a daisy.. and i see him..

I like jasmine and plumeria because they smell so purdy. Also narcissus, for the same reason. Roses are pretty too, especially tea-colored ones and blooms that have multiple colors in them.

Debbie, I'm with you--I am a carnation kind of girl myself. Luckily for any lover of mine, they are among the cheapest to purchase!

I like baby white roses.

I am an absolute flower fetishist. I *always* have fresh cut flowers in my house, usually in two or three places... living room, dining room, and here in my office.

I adore them all but have a strange dislike of yellow flowers, except for sunflowers, which i love.

If i had to pick one favorite flower, just one of the so very many available, it would be my namesake, i suppose, cymbidium orchids.
