Intel chief releases Russian disinfo on Hillary Clinton that was rejected by bipartisan
Senate panel

Former top officials were aghast at the move by John Ratcliffe, the director
of national intelligence.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe on Tuesday declassified a Russian
intelligence assessment that was previously rejected by Democrats and Republicans
on the Senate Intelligence Committee as having no factual basis, according to two
sources familiar with the matter.

The extraordinary disclosure, released to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman
Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) earlier Tuesday, rankled Democrats, who said the move
effectively put Russian disinformation into the public sphere in order to boost (Presiderp)
Donald Trump’s unsubstantiated claims about the government’s efforts to investigate
Russian interference in the 2016 election.

“This is Russian disinformation,” Rachel Cohen, a spokeswoman for Senate Intelligence
Committee Vice Chairman Mark Warner (D-Va.), wrote on Twitter, adding that it was
“laundered by the Director Of National Intelligence and Chairman of the Senate Judiciary
Committee.”

The Trump clowns bring the Trump Circus to any political event. This has caused
many Democrats to face-palm or head-desk during an attempt to discuss serious
matters. Trump is the Head Clown, and he managed to derail the first debate.

On Monday night, the Commission on Presidential Debates unanimously approved
a new rule for Thursday night's final debate

The Rules

At the start of each new topic area, each candidate will have two minutes of uninterrupted
time to talk.

During that time, the opposing candidate's microphone will be turned off entirely,
making it impossible for them to interject (or interrupt) during that time.

But- The mics will be opened for the longer "discussion" portion.

Last debate- Trump interrupted Biden or Wallace 128 times in the course of the 90-minute
debate, according to a count kept by Slate's Jeremy Stahl.

Trump interrupted Hillary Clinton 51 times, again according to Stahl. (Trump stalked
and intimidated Hillary, too. By wandering around the stage, and photo-bombing
her. He is bigger and taller than her, and essentially threatened and bullied her from behind.)
