Oh, why not? Why stop there? VP Kim Kardashian, Secretary of State Rosie O'Donnell, and her economic advisers could be the bitches from The View.

That's what we get when the idiots - a la revolution francaise - become in charge.

I wouldn't dismiss her just because she's a celebrity. She's definitely NOT dumb enough to make the choices you assume so blithely. She's got enough of a following (and is rich enough) that she could even be a viable third party candidate.

Amerikkkans don't want a politician as president. Except for the millions more who voted for HRC than for DJT. Okay then, Amerikkkans won't elect a politician to the highest office. Thus only celebrity humanoids need apply. A celeb with a job won't have time to run. Thus only at-leisure big names can be considered. President Kardashian?

A reasonable alterative would be no President, no Senate and no Reps. I reckon the country would get by for a few years at least. Government is really over-rated - especially government by politicians.

Roseanne Barr: "I'd be a better president" than Oprah, Susan Sarandon, Trump

Later, when asked about whether she'd vote for Oprah Winfrey if the mogul would run for president in 2020, Barr hesitated. "I do love Oprah. Of course, I love Oprah like everybody else. But you know what? I think it was time for us as a country to shake things up and, you know, try something different," she said, referring to her support of Trump. What about Susan Sarandon for president?, another reporter asked. "Actually, I think I’d be a better president than Oprah and Susan Sarandon, probably even President Trump. And I did run in 2012," she said.

I have the TV on MUTE, and they're talking about Oprah for president, and I swear this lily white reporter, Kate Snow(appropriate) looks like she's ready to cum.

i think it's cute how scary the mere possibility of oprah running is to the right wingers here. it's just fucking adorable.

Time will tell, but Americans probably won't elect back to back Presidents without any public sector or elected experience.

It's bad enough it happened once. There was a thoughtful piece on the Guardian, warning against this celebrification of a hugely important political role. If the Democrats think they have found 'their Trump' (rich, popular, non-politician, widely recognised among non-political types), then they can never claim to have the moral high ground again.

How about - and here's a thought - BOTH major parties finding someone with real integrity and experience of high office?
Pussy-grabber has made sure that there will always be a moral high ground in the opposition.

Sadly, that person might not exist.

Personally, I would like to see this usher in an era of non-political party candidates. I'm tired of the two-party system. I wish more independents would run and force collaboration

I'm interested in candidates that have a very strong education, a deep understanding of the scientific method, and experience in effective governing.

I'm sick and tired of celebrities or wannabe celebrities who live in the world of make-believe.
