Mock rape videos are something I'm not interested in watching. I felt intensely uncomfortable during the scene in the film Irreversible. Non-consent is not something that floats my boat in the slightest.
Having said that, I don't think comparing it to a peering at a car crash is all that ridiculous. I've certainly passed by and looked when I knew I shouldn't, and then immediately, intensely regretted doing so.
With this in mind, I certainly wouldn't seek it out but if it was presented to me would I turn it off? Sure, but straight away? I dunno, pretty sure I'd regret it after though.
EDIT: Interesting question.
