Get yourself an enema bag from the drugstore. The red, hot-water bottle kind with the nozzle (not the disposable kind-they are worthless).

Fill the bag with warm water and lube the nozzle and your pucker.

Insert nozzle and let water flow into your rectum for about 5-8 seconds.

***On a side note, you may be tempted to empty the whole bag into your bowels. You can do this, but you will be on the toilet a long time getting all the water (and stuff) out from deep within your bowels. For rim-job reception prep, you just want to make sure your rectum is nice an squeaky clean***

Immediately eject the water from your ass.

Repeat until water coming out your ass is free of fecal matter (You will have to flush the toilet several times).

This shouldn't take you more than about 10 minutes, then follow the steps given by Dr. O.

I have heard a douche bottle (rinsed out) and filled with luke warm water and a dot of soap works well, followed by one bottle of just rinse water. If bottle is cleaned out properly can be used a few times.

All you need is what they use in prison: salad dressing. I just bought a bottle of El Torito Cilantro Pepita Caesar Salad Dressing that's really tasty. If you're going to take it out of the fridge, then you should probably warm it up, first.
