How could the premise be realized? Set it in a pre-cell-phone era, in a country where isolated private schools are not uncommon, and this particular school's student body are middle-class girls shunted here to avoid bothering their families; spotty communications raise no alarms.

The school staff are well-practiced in love-bombing and Stockholm Syndrome transferrals to condition the girls for the lifestyle. Enthusiastic converts are well-rewarded; the girls are not treated as whores, but as valued members of a loving community with illustrious guests. No degradation or humiliation; only positive reinforcement.

The story can be multi-generational. Girls are linked into networks of their elite visitors / patrons and rise in those networks after graduation, returning in later years as patrons themselves. The story could start a century ago with episodes every 15 years or so following a chain of students and patrons. Handling war years would be interesting; set it outside battle zones but maybe in occupied territory. How do the networks stay linked under duress?

This could be a good series.

I was thinking more along the lines that each girl who has her first encounter with the principal gets recorded. This way what happens is that the principal always has leverage on the girls to have them comply.

Another idea that you have sort of awoken inside me from you suggestion is that maybe these patrons dont really pay to have sex with the girls. Maybe what each patron gives a good decent donation to the school where they are awarded with a particular class of girl. Say if a patron gave $5000 she would get a nice decent girl. BUt if they gace say $10,000 she would get a girl a little more classier?

Or maybe each patron gets to choose which girl they want.

Your principal depends on seamless submission, but even a blackmailed girl may resist and reveal her abuse. No, compulsion here is a bad business model, especially with your stipulation that these are upper-class girls. Many such have never been compelled to do ANYTHING in their privileged lives and they're not about to submit now. The setup is just not survivable.

That is why I suggested a voluntary program. Students are recruited into a powerful sisterhood and rewarded for participation. Those involved are there because they *want* to be. (Maybe with some subtle persuasion.) No regrets; no whistleblowing. The scenario can survive for generations.

I'm not saying the compulsion model wouldn't make an interesting story -- a tragedy about the system's downfall. What happens when one girl calls home, when secrecy cracks?

Drugs, illicit sex, assault, sexual misconduct, theft, plagiarism, cheating; you name it. The headmistress needs only to find one bad apple; then she can force that girl to participate in a sting operation to lure and capture other girls.

Video footage of young girls having sex with each other, doing drugs, committing grand theft auto or whatever could be used to make those girls comply with most requests. And then, with each instant of prostitution, the girl goes a little deeper down the rabbit hole. Each recorded crime is used to force the perpetration of a slightly worse crime, and so on.

If a person had those intentions and were the headmaster of such a school, they would meet with very little resistance.
