Prelude to Eden

I saw this short (3 minutes) animation on the SciFi channel late last night, and I got a kick out of it. It's about two atoms fighting each other, a lot like comic book characters, for the existence of life on Earth (primordial).

Could this be the big bang? An alternate look at the origin of the universe when two agitated atoms meet on the field of battle.
