Pregnant Stories, Where do They go

Ok so I’m thinking through several story ideas concerning women who are pregnant as the main subject matter. These are a variety of different situations and for some situations I am not confident where to put them because there is no category to go unless the theme/kinks of the story stand out for one of the categories.

Like:
-Pregnant woman is gangbanged = obviously group sex

-Pregnant woman is cucked out to a stranger = probably fetish given Lw constituency doesnt like cuckold stories.

But let me throw these curve balls at you:

-Single pregnant woman has sex with neighbor = is it fetish? Is the fetish pregnancy? Or is this an erotic coupling

Pregnant woman x husband = erotic coupling? Or does it go to fetish

May be a simple question where erotic couplings is a catch all, but am I missing something? Hopefully my point comes across clear enough.

To me, pregnancy shouldn't be herded into a particular spot (unless author is really playing up/fetishizing the condition)

Women are people. People who sometimes are pregnant. They should populate most categories except in special circumstances.

My FMC found out that she was pregnant in the second episode of my Coleoidphilia Trilogy.

She’s pregnant at the start of the final episode, but just first trimester. So it’s something that is referred to and which she is concerned about and a motivating factor for some of her actions. But it’s not fetishized. So I’m sticking with Sci-Fi. If I did fetishize her pregnancy, then it would go in, well, Fetish.

No, I don't believe so.
If she just happens to be pregnant, then it goes in the same category as if she weren't pregnant.
If the pregnancy is the focus of the story (Man screws her BECAUSE she's pregnant, for example) then fetish would be a better choice, IMHO.

Let’s say I’m my FMC (more than half of the time that’s true) and I happen to be pregnant, but it’s a BDSM story, then it goes in BDSM.

If the entire focus of the story is me or my partner being super turned on by me being pregnant, then that’s fetish.

Is her temporary condition of pregnancy critical to the sexual titillations of either other characters or, more likely, the reader?

Tall, large breasted, blonde, similar outward traits are not inherently fetish. Women walk around this world imbodying these qualities everyday but them *being* these things doesn't make their stories auto-fetish.

It's the one who fetishizes (and the person who holds the fetished quality) that makes a kink an actual thing.

My contention is *some* are quick to banish the pregnant to fetish which is bad form as plenty of pregnant women move through their condition with zero interest in sharing/using the pregnancy as an enhancement kink to their sex life.

Pregnant women are not inherently fetish just because some like to fetishize them.

Let them populate all sorts of categories same as they populate the world.

It is if pregnancy is the focus of your story. None of us know whether that's so. Only you do.

What makes your story erotic? What's going to turn people on? Answer that question, and 95% of the time you can answer into what category the story goes.

If pregnancy is just part of the background of the plot, then it's not a fetish story. But if the purpose of the story is to highlight how sexy she is because she's president, then it sounds like fetish.
