Sex with a pregnant woman is safe as long as it isn't too violent or vigourous, I had sex with my wife every day throughout the whole of her pregnancy.

The only real problem really is a moral one, could you sleep with a pregnant woman who is married to another man? What would happen if she were caught out by her husband?
