Borg Sex
Prologue: It is 3212... All that people have imagined, all that many thought was impossible - is no longer so. Space travel, interactive artificial intelligence, laser beams... all of it, is now a commodity.
Originally produced as standard maintanence android that - like many others of his designation and others that already had human characteristics - this robot discovered his individuality. Shortly after a robot designated "P-3N-15" had discovered his individuality, he was purchased by new owners: a wealthy, married couple in their early 20s who lived in Lincoln, Nebraska; though the couple had tried their hardest to show affection for this artificial intelligence, it was reserved. Thus, led to the couple requesting a memory transfer (and erase, as it would be cheaper than requesting a new one - even if the couple were wealthy) of P-3N-15 to the newly modeled cybernetic beings that were being created at the time.
These new, highly advanced cyborgs were exact to the specifications of a human being - they could grow older as a child would do with a strong alloy called "adamantium" that was fitted to expand as the borg aged, they could even be capable of reproduction - through a type of DNA manipulation in the "father's" sperm that included the "mother's" own DNA - to act as if the borg were their own child. Since infancy could prove to be difficult with a cybernetic being, they were designed as 6-year-olds and grew from there. They were given an artificial nervous system that detected pain and pleasure, they were also gifted with a proper name. This particular couple was actually given the first male cyborg in the line, thus the Fellowship of Global Cybernetics gifted P-3N-15 with the name "Adam" (the first female cyborg in line was gifted the name of "Eve") when his memory was rebooted.
Adam's adoptive parents eventually grew to love Adam, but they knew something was missing - something wasn't right. The mother often lamented the fact that she had never actually held a babe in her arms, one that she could feed from her breast - and the father often deplored the fact that Adam was still so, mechanical... that is, until they had a child of their own 6 months after the purchase of him. A pure, genetic duplicate of them... he had his mother's eyes.
Time went on, and Adam grew, as did the couple's own real son. Though Adam was technically older than their son, he was often scolded and treated badly by his "brother" and his friends. His "mother" noticed this, and seemed to grow closer with Adam until his 18th - according to the time since his memory was rebooted - though it seemed Adam would often take her affection the wrong way. This resulted in his "father" requesting Adam's departure from the house, to attempt on living on his own through what he has been taught. And so on May of 3230, Adam enlisted in the Cybernetic unit of the marines.
One fateful day, on July of 3236, the Naxos Unification of Andromeda (NUA) had struck the heart of Berlin in a predicted, yet unavoidable attack: at a military stronghold for the United Nations of Earth (UNA). Thus, the United Nations of Earth and it's allies of the Sol system were set out in the first Outerstellar War; over 7 million human men and women, 6 million alien allies and over 24 million cyborg units were killed in combat between the first month of combat in August that same year, and the final month of combat in March of 3239 before the NUA had surrendered to a cyborg division (which Adam was included in), they considered man's greatest invention to be the highly advanced robots - though men and allied alien were pictured in the surrender.
Adam's family had been delt a serious blow, however. Adam's brother and father were killed in combat; the father killed in one of the many raids on Earth by the NUA in China in November of 3237, and his brother dying on the fields of Eros in Andromeda in a successful but devastating invasion (on a side note of historic purposes, the first female cyborg "Eve" was destroyed on a raid by the NUA at the same time and place Adam's father was killed). This left Adam with only his mother, who obviously grieved to no end... though he did not hear of the deaths of his family until he returned to Earth in May of 3239.
The first male advanced cyborg returned to his Lincoln, Nebraska home where he would attempt to renew his relationship with his adopted mother since he was requested to leave 9 years ago...
