Pre-nup refusal

Trying to remember this one. Think I favored it but can't think of the title.

Simply stated; a man is engaged to a woman from a wealthy family. Her father wants him to sign a pre-nup. Man isn't interested in her wealth so he refuses to sign the papers. Instead he gets a piece of paper and writes his own: "You keep your money, I keep your daughter." I am pretty sure this is under romance.
