I've never posted Praise for a story on Literotica like this before - just the occasional kudos in the comment sections but the story 'Unseen Love' by MsCherylTerra and Bebop3 touched me immensely and I want to show my gratitude for their work.
- The authors deftly handled life amongst covid and quarantine. The dialogue was believable, the plot course authentic, and the erotic portions delicately wonderfully handled. It was a winner in the quarantine contest.
-I am a quiet kind introverted impaired man and if you've read the story you'll understand why it felt like an out of body experience for me reading the authors fabulous novella.
-It has made me an utterly biased commenter, but 80% of the plot points have been my lived life. Eroticism sight unseen, care packages out of the blue- food ones and gift ones, people closer than family I have never been in same country with. Helping a stranger to be close to their loved one in an icu.
-Page after page the story ripped my heart out slapped me around with it and lovingly returned it tear soaked to it's place inside me as I laughted along with the characters.
-I know this is syruppy and may be out of place, but I am so sincerely grateful to the authors. I hope they read this somehow. I wish I could hug them in gratitude.
Sincerely
CamraUzer

Sounds like a wonderful reading experience! Did you send that same feedback to the authors, either as a comment to the story or via their contact form? As an author I know they would love to hear that from you.

Omenainen, I did put a short thank you note on the story. I only posted this because I was wandering this forum - it's a new space for me - I saw this story feed back section and impulsively splashed my heart out. I don't know how to do those other two things you mentioned. Can I impose upon you to give bread crumbs on how go make use of them?

To "comment", go to the last page of the story - there's a "what do you think of this story?" box. Your comment will go public.

To provide "feedback" click on the author's name and you'll find a feedback button. This feedback will remain private. You can add your own email address - if you don't, the author will receive an anonymous comment; if you do, the author might reply. Some do, some don't, it's completely up to each author.

Thank you Electric Blue.
Very helpful.

Update: I received a reply note from one of the authors thanking me for my kind words. They said said they were going to be sharing them with their co-author. I'm just very happy to have been able to put my appreciation in front of their eyes.

I'm glad you contacted them! I didn't fully understand how valuable feedback was before I started writing myself. Now that I know, I'm happy for them that you reached out to them. That was a wonderful feedback you had.

Omenainen, I wanted to let you know I just heard from the other author and they were as appreciative as I could have hoped. I am respective of creators and that loving reading or watching what someone has made doesn't entitle the fan to a maker's indulgences. Thank you for the encouragement to find a more direct communication channel.

I’m glad you reached them and it was a good exchange for both parties. It’s also good that you felt that the story was so good that you wanted to praise it somewhere more publicly. Maybe it got some new readers this way :) although this forum is mostly folks asking for feedback on their own stories.

Don’t be afraid to leave comments or contact authors. Every author loves appreciative readers.

Omenainen, your mention of maybe helping others find it makes my heart smile. Beyond my own personal intense emotions from seeing a near doppelgänger written in a story - it genuinely is a well written piece and I feel quite a few people would enjoy encountering it.
And for you:
Thank you for being a creator and making content for this little corner of the world.
It's appreciated.

I've only ever come across a very few such heartfelt tributes on this site. Thanks for posting it. It serves to remind us that writing can not only entertain, but it can also sometimes touch deeply. Thanks for pointing out a story that does that.

Thank you for the kind comment, Hector.
I've been a keen reader from childhood and across last five decades I've read many many characters who I looked up to, others I wanted to be, and other's I could see aspects of myself in, but never once been confronted with character who was a doppelgänger.
I got trucked so hard by the authors' well written story built around the main character.
Made this miserable year so much better.

374 people

Here on Friday evening and it warms my heart to see the site says 374 people have seen my post. Also feels good to think maybe some of them chose to give "Unseen Love" a look n see. It's a nice way to head into the weekend.
Sincerely,

Year later & This post still dear to my heart.

My heart is full. I am part of one of authors Patreon. We are kind acquaintances. In difficult year I was able to put kindness and reciprocate tangibly for writing something so meaningful to me.
