why am i watching on tv the arrest of two iraqi's at a checkpoint

they are being treated fairly roughly too

have they forgot about what they were saying about the geneva convention and showing pow's on tv

Hang on. So the American administration screams about the Geneva Convention when their own are paraded on the TV but now that it's Iraqis we're to believe that the convention doesn't apply.

i dont think that matters ... if that was the easy way to get around the geneva convention then people would just never declare war

and the iraqi guy was being interrogated pushed around and told to shut up

that is not exactly what I said. While I am not watching the program sexy-girl is (the 4 yr old in his commando underoos overthrew the oppressive daddy regime of sportscenter and put on Nick Jr.) a snippet of them being put into a truck, as Hanns said, is not really a violation. To be paraded is one in wartime.

For the record though, I thought it was really goofy of the American government to get all pissy when our POW's were paraded. Once again, in legal terms, this is not a war. Yeah yeah yeah, I know, if it walks like a duck...but still in legalize speak.

off subject for just a moment, yes there has been an official decleration of war on my two boys by me. It was voted into being last night after I returned home from work and found 85 dollars of grass seed with fuckin bubbles poured in it.

Dammit this means I cannot parade their grounded asses on tv, yah?

what actually happened was two iraqi's were being arrested at a checkpoint because they were linked with the death of two british soldiers (the ones tony blair said was executed but then he had to back track)

they showed everything from them being pushed onto the floor being questioned and the head gear they wear being pushed off and then pushed off again when he tried to put it back on again

you could even hear him being talked too
