Mary was single, over 30, and career driven. She had pretty much everything she ever wanted, a great place to live, a gorgeous wardrobe, a beautiful car, and a staff that could almost anticipate her needs. Her personal secretary finally screwed up the nerve to ask what was wrong, and in a moment of truth she admitted it had been quite a while since she'd had a truly satisfying sexual encounter. Mary had very nearly forgotten all about it when suddenly a strange appointment showed up. Mary intercommed her secretary who merely said, "You need this," and hung up.
She stared up at the person in front of her, unsure of what to do or say. Finally they spoke.
