I live near a park, where some local high school kids have hosted their powder puff football games. (To the uninitiated, that's football for girls.) Apparently my memory is fading in my old age, or this crop o' kids have added a twist to the game.
All the girls are braless. Besides scoring touchdowns, the main point of the game seems to be to remove the shirts of the opposing teams. Whenever there's a pileup, the girls melt into this giggling, squirming mass, until a girl emerges victorious, holding a shirt above her head. The now-shirtless opponent happily bounces over to the bench, grabs another shirt, and play continues.
Obviously, the game is very popular with the high school boys and surrounding neighborhood guys.
So...is this how powder puff is now played, or am I living in the Twilight Zone?
