This guy was portrayed as an evil partisan hack by Democrats back in the pre-2020 days when they believed elections were rigged. After a stellar performance delivering ballots in the elections (98.89% were delivered within a week), he’s continuing to make the service run better and more efficiently. The Wall Street Journal reports on his operations plan for the holidays in this morning’s edition.
