Posting Story Ideas

Young man (or woman!) keeps posting erotic story ideas on forums.
Masturbates furiously.
Becomes the brand new Brandnewbuddy.
I so wish KIndredFlame saw this first she would have written a full story about this SirHugs.

However as it is getting dark and I am bored this is just over 400 words that you will probably trash. its only 4 paragraphs. :rose:

In the muddled, low-light glow of his bedroom, a young man, but perhaps a young woman, too, since the Internet offers anonymity, spends his evenings exploring this virtual maze of discussion groups. As “The Velvet Quill” to his nascent fans, he has made a name for himself in this subculture of purveyors of erotic, fantastical short stories. His stories are a mixture of escapism, a fantasy of a masked ball in a Victorian manor where each guest conceals a secret, a sci-fi story of interstellar courtship rituals, a horror story where the monster is actually the protagonist's own lust. Each story is a lesson in provocation, written with a poet's finesse and a rebel's daring.

It begins with a harmless hobby, a way to pass the time away from the boredom of his lonely teenage years, is soon replaced with an obsessive ritual. Every time he posts something online, he watches with growing excitement as the likes and comments pour in. The screen in front of him begins to hold more than fiction; his stories are now the siren song he cannot resist. His keystrokes are punctuated with the beat of his own desire as he pornstar into the physical resolution of his stories. It’s a feedback loop: his stories arouse him to the next tale he writes to further inflame his imagination, dark, daring, and very explicit.

Yet the world wide web is a temperamental one, and news travelled quickly. “The Velvet Quill” became a byword, a whisper spoken with interest and a hint of gossip. To the community, he was a genius; to the moderators, a case history. But then, noticing the number of replies on his posts and the flood of messages flooding his mail box, a new character comes on stage not only a user, but a brand. One day, while scanning his postings, he picks out a regular one: “Welcome to the forum, Brandnewbuddy!” The handle, a reference to his constantly updated pages and the freshness of his tales, stuck.

He takes it up eagerly, abandoning "The Velvet Quill" in favour of the more direct, albeit playful handle Brandnewbuddy. It’s a badge of courage, a statement of the fact that he’s a far cry from a mere lurker and instead a trailblazer in the electronic erotica arts. The name of his stories has changed as well; each strand a signature within the storm of the Web. But as his fame increases, so too does the silent refrain in his bedroom. The actual Buddy, male or female, becomes lost in the metaphor, a spectre in the wings, eternally in pursuit of the next flash of inspiration… and the next orgasm.
