Posting picture help needed.....

I have this picture that is HUGE (naturally, being a guy) that I want to scale down. Only I can't seem to get the image sized properly for lit. They state for your AV pic, it has to be less than a certain size, but when I try to get it to that standard, the pic is microscopic....some of you have easily seen av's....so...

I am looking for a beautiful, large-breasted and/or long haired Goddess, who's intelligent, witty and has soo little knowledge of me that she'd actually be interested in writing me a PM to expalin why I am a dumbass.....and help me with my picture problem as well!

I'll also accept a guy sending me a PM, but that is option 2....
