You can either store your pictures somewhere else on the internet, then insert them using the little "postcard" icon above the text window.
(That was a real meta-insertion. I used the icon to insert the icon from it's location
)
Or you can go to the "additional options" below the text window, and press "manage attachments", then attach the picture.
(But it must be smaller than 100 kb, so you have to do some shrinking!)
