Posting more than one story up at a time

Hey guys!
Well I'm Raven Moon and I don't know if any of you have heard of me but I am the proud writer of the 'Love Bite' series. Anyway, my question is: can you put up more than one series at a time. I ask this because I have not yet finished the series but I am quite eager to put up the first part of another series that has been circulating around my head for a while.
At the minute you have the series name and then 'A _ part Series' will it stop when I put up this new series only to have a different category called 'Love Bite: A _ Part Series' So that the same series book- ends this new one? Am I making any sense? *Laughs*
For example...
Love Bite: A 7 Part Series
-Love Bite Ch.01
-Love Bite Ch.02
-Love Bite Ch.03
-Love Bite Ch.04
-Love Bite Ch.05
-Love Bite Ch.06
-Love Bite Ch.07

Inner Animal: A _ Part Series
-Inner Animal Ch.01
Etc
Etc

Love Bite: A _ Part Series
-Love Bite Ch.08
-Love Bite Ch.09
-Love Bite Ch.10

New chapters posted to the old series will continue to appear under the old series heading, while chapters in the new series will appear under another.

If you're sitting with:

Love Bite: A 7 Part Series
-Love Bite Ch.01
-Love Bite Ch.02
-Love Bite Ch.03
-Love Bite Ch.04
-Love Bite Ch.05
-Love Bite Ch.06
-Love Bite Ch.07

And then post Inner Animal Ch. 01, it will appear above ( alphabetical order ) the series. I don't believe it will immediately create the series heading. I believe it only does this once you have at least two chapters approved.

-Love Bite Ch.02
