How do I use the above tool bar to attach digital camera photo files from my laptop to the reply box during a pm with a Lit. member

You can't upload directly to message - imagine the unrequested shit that would be dumped onto others. You can only share images that are stored online elsewhere. Your choice to store your images online elsewhere. I hope you seek consent before sharing those.
