Who want's to wash more than one pan?

Start with diced onion, then potato, then mushroom. Fry, once the potatoes are soft, add some of the left over flank steak in bits from the fridge. Sizzle it up, turn off the gas, and then drop a bit of cheese on top (cover to melt). Use handy seasonings at will.
