Your brain needs to be less active. Back handed compliment? I don't know, but it means I think you actually have a brain, which is more than I can say for most people. Just do lots of stuff, like me and those detailed thoughts of needless things can sit their butts down.

I think you really do care what we think about you, even if you don't want to care. You posted awhile back that people making comments to you here had you crying. That tells you that you care, even if you don't want to, no matter what you say now.
