Use some cream whip as "come." Then a banana popsicle. Perhaps some chocolate would be good. Eat and eat.

PS: Yes I do know that some have a problem with food items making them sick and can't seem to wash it out before such illness occurs. If that is the case with your lady scrap the second alternative plan.
