Post a pic of you wearing a collar.

I don't have a collar and probably never will so no pictures of me here. Sorries.
 
This is mine. It basically just looks like a silver necklace so I can wear it all the time. It hasn't been off my neck since the day he put it on.

I WANT one of those. Badly. I think they're gorgeous.

But the last person I had considered submitting to, said it was too plain for me- because I'm not a plain woman.

I have never been presented with one persay but I have a beautiful chain maille piece from my "top" that he made for me (the AMA pic).
I wear leather chokers/collars all the time as my job is pretty lenient...

I will post a few pics of my various ones :)

I also wear different braided leather ones 4 & 6 weave.
they have various charms on them... a truck, a snake, a lock...
I have a plaid "schoolgirl collar" as well with silver chain dangling between where the jump rings/hooks used to be.
you can see the truck choker in the av :)

he makes them to sell as well.. each one is custom made... the small rings can be differemt colours & such... there are bracelets, necklaces, earrings & all kinds of other stuff he does... "ancient Metal Arts is the name it goes by... I think the catalouge is in a myspace section of the web...
sorry but I lost the addy when something ate my comp before I could save everything.
If you want I can ask him for the addy the next time we chat, let me know by PM so I don't forget :)

Ok here are mine:
The top one is a 'training collar' he bought for me in order that I might learn to hold my head up high always :cathappy: , it's actually quite restrictive which brings it's own pleasure.
The lower picture is of my play collar with the leash attached, you can also spy my 'public' collar in this picture.

Because it's high and restrictive, sleek looking (not bulky), and not terribly expensive. I like to wear outfits that have restrictive elements that make me aware of what I'm wearing, like high heels, tight skirts, corsets, and tall collars. The posture collar makes me keep my chin up and my neck straight which makes me feel prim and proper, all dressed up and elegant.

Maybe 2-3 times a week, it varies. Depends on how dressed up I have to be (or want to be).
 
I don't know if I can find a picture of my collar, but I'll try to describe it.

It's made of soft black leather with a silver buckle. There are 5 silver celtic ornaments on it and they're inset with blue gems.

Nobody bought it for me, I saw it at a fair and had to have it.

I've shown you both of my collars here- the black patent leather one with the O-ring, and the jewelled one. I chose the black patent leather one- the play collar. My jewelled collar isn't so much a collar... my partner isn't into BDSM, but he bought that for me because it looks beautiful on me, and because it makes me look submissive, to him... even though he's not into kink. So we consider it my 'dress' collar.

Why that particular collar?

The patent leather collar... I just loved it the second I saw it. And it goes with a few of my lovelier pairs of shoes. The dress collar... he just thinks it's beautiful on me.

How often do you wear it?
I wear the leather one probably once every few months. The dress collar, I wear about once every couple weeks.
 
I only have one collar at one time as for us it is similar to our wedding rings in being of symbolistic value and worn at all times. So the first pic is the collar he placed on me when we met and I wore for several months until it became impossible due to bad rash and raw skin as a result....the second one is the replacement which is also proving to have allergic results, though different to the first. A new one is being considered and this time will likely not be leather like the previous 2, but probably won't happen for awhile.

i can't wear a leather collar for an extended period of time either and get the same reaction as you "raw skin". Ouch!
