Well just off the top of my head, Mexican. I live in Phoenix and it's hard to not see one when you go to the store.

There's always Asian, you know Japanese, Chinese so on so forth. There's a ton of them and they all insist on being different from the rest. Not that it's easy to tell at a glance.

Indian and Native American are good choices as well. In case you haven't noticed there are tons of racial groups, the guy doesn't have to be not white and still a different racial. Germans refuse to identify as Norse, same with Brits and so forth. Pick a country and they are a viable race to somebody.

Are zillions of ethnicities available whose members, being people, may and do fornicate outside their group. So yes, IR erotica is possible.

Are also many unequal shades of 'black' around the world. But remember that one person's 'exotic' is another's trash. 'Race' is a social construct. So a storyteller gets to decide just what sort of IR interaction they want, and where, and when. To a well-to-do ultra-white Englishperson of the 19th century, the Irish and southern Italians would be nearly-subhuman races, as are Jews to contemporary white supremacists.
