Possible stupid question

I have been browsing around the site, and I have seen several people.... as in penis and nice size boobs. How does that happen? Can anyone take a hormone pill and get increased brest mass?

It's more complicated than that - going on hormones effects a LOT of changes in your body. I had a conversation once with someone on here who JUST wanted breasts, like you're describing. He didn't want any of the other issues associated with taking hormones, such as retaining more fat, hair changes, possible effect on libido and performance ability, etc. The best way to achieve that effect is with implants, and most trans women who have not had the bottom surgery yet - which is what you are describing - have had implants. I only know of one guy who got implants just for fun and is not transitioning to become a woman.
