This is a proposal for a new thread or subthread topic, a category of erotica, possibly worth becoming an unofficial or official category at literotica. Or it can stay as thread or subthread. The 'rough trade' category has some possible gray areas and overlaps with other categories, but imo may deserve being a category of erotica in its own right. It does not turn on some people, of course, but that's true of gay sex, group sex or being 'taken' by aliens. What say you?
Rough Trade- stories of violence or cruelty in a sexualized context lacking 'consent' of the afflictee(s), of any gender. There may be afflictee sexual reactions, but that pleasure isn't the aim of the afflictor. "Exercise" of power, and/or infliction of pain, typically at the expense of the afflictee [male or female], is often the aim (which leads to the afflictor's orgasm, typically). (True sadism). Emotions expressed or shown by the afflictor may include, rage, malice, sadistic glee, or completely 'flat' coldblooded-ness. The violence stops short of serious lasting physical harm or death, though the psychological 'fear' factor may be extreme. These are fantasies, but the acts themselves, IF carried out in real life, are often classifiable as criminal.
If you want examples, well written, some of the gay male lit is in this vein, e.g., burroughs, esp a story I remember about 'steely Dan' from Yokahama (young bottom reamed with large steel dildo). Also some passages of _last exit to Brooklyn_. Passages in Sade which stop short of mutilation or murder--there are some--also fit.

which indicates the gray areas of present 'non consent' and incidentally features no female orgasm.
Forced sex fantasies. [present 'nonconsent'] There is force applied for the afflictor's gratification and enjoyment. Despite initial lack of consent of the afflictee, 'she' (in most stories) has a helluva good time, is gratified to some or large extent; she generally comes, this being a key fantasy element (and story component), typically male. And 'she' wouldn't have missed it for the world. Often ends on friendly terms, though sometime merely neutral, 'no hard feelings.' No charges would be laid in the story, but if it was in real life, there would have been at least a technical breach of the law. Nothing other than minor or transient physical injury.
BDSM: descriptions of consensual encounters with mild to moderate infliction of pain, or 'humiliation', or simply with 'domination' [commanding ordering directing]. The mutual gratification of the two players is an object of both of them; or the sexualized withholding of gratification of the subordinated person for some period. No serious/lasting injury even with consent. If the acts occurred in real life, because of the factor of consent, there would no crime (assault), if any injuries were minor.
Extreme: Extreme cruelty or brutality, possibly divorced from sexual aims. May include torture, murder, cannibalism. May result in serious last injury, maiming or death. With or without consent. Fantasies as depicted in the stories, but if carried out in real life, would be 'true psychopathic sadism' and heinous crimes, e.g, murders.
