I know this is pathetic... but I think story about a husband afraid odd losing his wife to the point where he's possessive and can be hostile, like over questioning, freaking out when she talks to any male. But when they make love, it's extremely passionate and full of I Love You's and him saying don't leave me and he's the best she's had and saying she is his.

no what's pathetic is that in my version, the fact that his jealousy turns her on so much that she eventually is driven to "cheat"...though I'm thinking she wants hubby to watch...

IRL when wifey flirts to make hubby jealous, the usual result is murder, mayhem, etc. In LIT fantasyland, hubby options are usually to 1) wimp out, 2) flee, or 3) get great revenge. It's less common to flip the premise: hubby flirts to arouse jealous wife. The usual hilarity ensues.

Haven't these themes been written and overwritten already? How to make this fresh? Try this -- they're squids, not humans, and it's all about tentacle sex. Or they're human octogenarians (not octopods) and the action and betrayals take place at Senior Center fests -- wheelchair dances, maybe?

I just want to be here when Lovecraft comes into to tell us what horrible people we are. The story idea actually isn't pathetic and as ideas go is fairly original if not particularly well fleshed out.

I will admit that the problem I have is that I work with people irl who have that exact kind of relationship...and it mostly ends in broken jaws, suicide attempts, and usually a lot of collateral damage I will leave to your imagination since any real life examples I could mention would depress the crap out of this thread.

The idea would interest me more if the guy in the situation didn't had very little power in the relationship. Like one idea I thought of was a tall, gorgeous woman who makes a crap ton of money while the guy is either a homemaker or just makes much less than her and is a head shorter than her.

So when he starts acting like a possessive asshole, she plays along for a bit but after he starts pressing her buttons, she either:

a. throws it back in his face and after threatening to leave, gets him to admit the real issue and then recommends some makeup sex where he lets all of his frustration go into a great fuck. Afterwards, they coe to the agreement that when he starts feeling that way again, he should text her immediately so they can "work off" his frustration.

b. Makes a joke of it and then orders him to strip, teasing him the whole while (trailing her fingers over him and working her lips over him while making comments like..."Well, Jake at work is a little more ripped...that mechanic did have a slightly nicer butt) and when she strokes his cock, she looks him in the eye with a devilish grin, kisses him and then says something like (in joking manner),

"Now what why doesn't my little man show me why I put up with his bullshit?" (Look, I suck at dialogue, insert your own, better line)

Least that's a twist that would interest me a bit.

Yeah, you've twisted him from a possessive dominator to a pussywhipped submissive ripe for humiliation. She has money, power, control; he has a big dick and a soft life, as long as he's a good toadie. (I know this couple. She's a major corporate executive. He's not quite a trophy husband; he stays drunk a lot. IRL he cheats on her; she keeps him 'cause there's no prenup.)

In a story here, Tiffani has a series of not-too-discreet lovers; wimpy Wally can either accept or get lost, but the plot probably drives him to some BTB revenge fun. Or maybe her GILF grandmother Glenda, the real power behind the family's finances and keeper of trust funds, takes pity on Wally; together, they plot Tiffani's downfall, which may include some gangbangs. Or maybe Tiffani and Wally's yacht crashes on a desert island and they struggle for dominance and survival. Cue the tentacles

I just would prefer for the party that is not a possessive asshole to be able to kick the other party to the curb with little consequence (it shouldn't be too easy though).


Now, I do like the desert island idea. Either for a situation where both of them have to deal with their issues, leading to lots of hate-fucking and make-up sex.

After sleeping on it for a night, they meet the next morning and try to work things out...but then their old issues rise up and the two of them start going at it again. However, this time, as the guy starts to spout more and more accusations, his body starts to contort and he transforms into a writhing mass of tentacles that reach out for the female character.

However, the female character is too ticked to even care and tarts to grow taller until she's a 20 foot tall colossus. She grabs a fistful of tentacles and jacks them off then dives crotch first onto him, She then starts hurling insults at him as she grabs handfuls of his tentacles and start jacking them off. However, this angers the guy so he gets larger and starts penetrating her in her ass and mouth. This just makes her grow larger and she keeps insulting him whenever she gets a chance, this leads to them reaching ridiculous heights until they are flattening trees with their hate fuck.

Once they's finally had it out, they return to normal, kiss and make up, and a ship that saw the destruction (but didn't get a good look at the wife's face) comes and rescues them. Things go good for a while...but then they have an argument right in times Square.

^ watched a lot back in the day, though there's only one title i can thin of that had a giant woman fighting a tentacle monster...wouldn't reccomend tracking it down though as it was trying to be a screwball comedy but had soe of the goriest and most disturbing death scenes I've ever seen in any genre.

Off on on a tangent now but I will say that I kind of miss the old days where no idea was too crazy for H-anime. Nowadays it's just adapting the bad endings of eroges...or making really cheap POV animation. I miss the straight up crazy shit that used to get made like the one where a guy is the lone survivor of the human race and ends up bedding an anthromorphized phoenix and has to prove his mettle by suspending himself from a giant amazon woman by only using his cock. The days where logic was fed to a woodchipper and even the most psychedelic drugs would look at the finished product and say "I had nothing to do with this shit."

IIRC a few writers have noted that the difference between fiction and reality is that fiction must make sense. And yes, authors of fiction are gods of the imagination and can write whatever we wish. Our readers may not treat us kindly, however. Find a niche where the readers WANT to see the possessive relationship thrive -- your series can run on forever, collecting Red-H's and rave reviews. The trick here is finding just which buttons to push.
