Portugal and other places

Packing up and moving out of a home of twenty years is not the best for ones health and temper but that has been the reason for my rather spasmodic appearances here over the past few weeks. However it is the prelude to a bit of an adventure .My lady and I are embarking on Tuesday on a journey of about 18 months with extended stays in Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey the UK, Southern USA and a few other places.

Tough, but someones gotta do it.

I will be rather irregular in visits to the poetry board for a while and I would therefore like to say a big thank you to all of the contributors here who have made the last 9 months or so interesting and so much fun. You are an amazingly diverse and great bunch of people. I won't mention names because there are so many and I would be bound to forget someone. Thank you all.

It sounds wonderful. Many opportunites for poetry Mr. Ishtat. And Portugal? Find Lauren. I may be in the southern usa by next summer. Y'all can come over for bbq.
