Poptart pastries?

Oh okay. I don't know about those, I did microwave the pastries though and it said it wasn't recomended.

Not the normal Poptarts-the pastries. Flaky crust and all. Cheese filling. I didn't notice the sugar coating, it almost set her toaster on fire:(

but...look on the bright side....now you know what to buy her for christmas!! :D

Well then...

in the words of Elmer Fudd...

Be vewwwwy vewwwwy careful!!!

Know what you mean about burning tupperware!! Had a lid land on the dishwasher element and during the dry cycle...Whooooieee talk about stink!!!! :D

I thought you were just supposed to eat them out of the box.

You can heat them in the microwave, if you like.
As a former employee, I know these things. ;)
Stole them from the warehouse on occasion. Shhhh!
Oh c'mon, they were in damaged boxes!

I heat the scrambled egg, cheese, and ham pop tart like deals in the toaster almost every morning. Add a cup of instant coffee and you have breakfast in about 5 minutes. Never ruined any appliances yet, lucky I guess--

Even the Kellog's Poptarts (tm) can be hazardous. I managed to set my roommates toaster on fire when some got jammed and didn't pop up when they were done.

My current toaster is a toaster oven and I don't have that problem of jamming that plagues pop-up toasters.

Ok now - we always emphasize the fact that this is not only a porn site but that Lit is educative and supports inter-cultural communication and understanding so:

 What the hell are poptart-pasties????

Inquiering Germans want to know!

I have figured out they are something to eat already - all on my own, I know you can "toast 'em 'n' roast 'em" .. but somehow I feel like I need to know more to understand, what is the mystery and lore of the poptart-pasties,

and how come I never had one????

http://www.poptarts.com/

Is a site full of trivia about Kellog's brand Poptart (tm) toaster pastries. It's probably more than you wanted to know.

http://www.sci.tamucc.edu/~pmichaud/toast

Is an article about the problem I had. (In Germany BTW. I'd guess you haven't ever had any because you don't have access to the comissary on base.)

Don't give her that idea. She will start dating the service men just to have access. Though, I don't think they would mind, and they could use a bit of training.

Maybe I need to stay away from heating appliances/apparati for a spell...

You don't own a curling iron, do you? Hair dryer? Just checking...

Maybe we should even take the vibrator away, for safety's sake?

CB Your University Education will be complete when....

...you realize the incredible power of two little words ..... TAKE OUT

Ooooh, I love a man who can utilize the whole "take out" concept properly! *drool*

Excellent point, CB.
I mostly existed on Kraft Dinner and hot dogs while away at college, though the occasional pizza-ordering was mandatory.
