They can be. They do things to my heart so I stopped taking them. They didn’t benefit much anyway. You can get some from doublescorpio dot com and try for yourself

I did try them,the affect is only short ,dont last long

I avoid them and would recommend anyone with high blood pressure or any heart related issue really do so as well.
