Pope Francis to allow priests to forgive women who had abortions

I'm not happy with this decision. It's mostly window dressing. Women who commit this sin are always eligible for absolution, except it was through a Bishop. The male involved in this sin is also a grievous sinner as well and should be subject to the same sanctions as the woman. That baby didn't get there all by itself. This pope is exactly what the church doesn't need.
If the Pope really wants to make a difference, he should remove the celibacy requirement for priests and allow them to marry. He should also acknowledge that artiificial contraception is not a sin, especially since 99% of Catholics use contraception.
Then he would get my attention.

If the Pope really wants to make a difference...

He should dissolve the friggin' chapter of the apostate church he heads...

...and go run for the mayor of Whogivesafvckville or something.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

1 Timothy 2:5 (KJV)

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

John 14:6 (NIV)

Jews had to have their Saul, Catholics have to have their Pimp...

...all lost men cannot help but being never satisified when their very nature is to look for their gods among men.

It's all about money.
Forgive women, they might stay with the church
Banning abortions and birth control, more members for the church.
Same with suicide or assisted death, death equals less members for the church

members=money.

Perpetuating and enhancing a Zeitgeist, aka, meme

This is a PR ploy that is meant to resolve and redirect many of the RCC's public perceptions of them.

Someone posted of a previous Pope proclaiiming a year similar in scope to this one in 2000, or so, if I remember somewhat correctly. The Old Testament calls these years of Jubilee, but they're supposed to be every 50 years. Something is way out of kilter here.

This is an insidious way to shore up the "mercy" of the RCC that is still not merciful enough to forbid pedophilia as it should.

This is all a sham, but then so is their bible.
